Testing went pretty well, but the RunCMake.file test fails on HP-UX
in the LOCK-error-timeout case:

The relevant expect/actual lines are:

>    expect-err>   Timeout reached\.
>    actual-err>   Permission denied.

Any idea why that might happen?
