Summary:                    Command line dialog not visible
Description: 
While running the package installer distributed for CMake, things are fine until
near the end when a dialog box opens to ask if the user wants to install the
command line tools. The Installer hangs until this box is dismissed.

Unfortunately, the dialog is created BEHIND the Installer progress window and
the user sees only that progress has stopped.

The dialog window needs to be created as the FRONT window.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Run install from .pkg distributed in the CMake  .dmg image.


  Displays:
Color LCD:
  Resolution:	1920 x 1200
  Pixel Depth:	32-Bit Color (ARGB8888)
  Main Display:	Yes

Both windows are centered on screen.
