Summary:                    Installer overwrites PATH environment variable
Description: 
The standard windows CMake installer overwrites the PATH environment variable
when the option "add to path for all users" is selected. It appears that a
particular combination of selections on the installer menu causes this behavior,
as the issue is hard to reproduce.
