Summary: UTF-8 characters of C++ source files appear wrong in
CDash viewCoverageFile
Description:
Hello,

I have UTF-8 encoded C++ source files.
When I look at the test coverage in CDash, they are not what they should be.

Example :

Source file contains "répertoire" which in UTF-8 is "répertoire".

In CDash, it appears like "répertoire" and in the HTML source code it is
"répertoire".
