Summary:                    Missing feature in XL-Fortran.cmake
Description: 
in XL-Fortran.cmake the following line is missing:

SET(CMAKE_Fortran_MODDIR_FLAG "-qmoddir=")

This add would make it compatible with all other *-Fortran.cmake files.

Fix is trivial I think.
