[Cdash] Current release and repository

Hi Miroslav,

The new official repository is on github:

   https://github.com/Kitware/CDash

and the latest release is 2.2.3. You can download it either via SVN or 
via GIT (branch 'release').

Thanks for pointing the issues in the documentation/wiki. We'll fix it soon.
