[Cdash] Uploading to CDash fails most of the time

I tried increasing the max upload and max post variables, but problems
still seem to occur.
Maybe this has to do with the time it takes to upload those files, but
I'd rather not increase the maximum allowed time of PHP just because of
poor bandwidth.

Is it possible to use any other method to upload files, or to be able to
upload compressed files?
