[Cdash] CDash project name with slashes and dots

Hello Julien,

I am using  CDash-1.8.2.

Although, after looking at the source code, I think this fix is a one liner,
so I should be able to move your modification from CDash SVN to my CDash
1.8.2 installation without too much problem.
