[Cdash] test do not show up, and switch off of duplicate warnings removal

Hi Jörg,

You might have an issue with the XML parsing of your test. Which version 
of CDash, CTest and which database are you using?

Regarding the warnings, it's probably due to the compiler, Could you 
check if the warnings are present in the XML build.xml submitted to CDash?
