[Cdash] cdash 1.4.2 fails to install on postgresql 8.3

Hi Julien,

Thanks again for the quick turnaround. Please consider this confirmation that your fixes in svn trunk work for me and my postgresql-8.3 installation.

I'm happy to stick with trunk, and report back any issues I have leading up to release.
(trunk's prettier anyway!)

John

Hi John,

Thanks for the report, apparently this one was still not fixed in the
SVN head. If you can, would you mind checkout CDash from SVN head and
give it a try (I just committed a fix)?
Fixing this error in 1.4.2 is possible but if you can beta test CDash
1.6 (to be release early January) that would be great. The SVN head
should be fairly stable from a fresh install.

Let me know if that's too much trouble,
Julien

I installed cdash using your latest install.php, add an identical project using the UI, and ran the same ``make Experimental`` from my build (just pointed at the new cdash instance), and I got the expected result - a source file with the coverage annotations on the left.
