[Cdash] cdash 1.4.2 fails to install on postgresql 8.3

Hi Julien,

Thanks for the quick turnaround. I managed to get cdash installed with your install.php. However, I have an issue with the code coverage module - I'll describe it and maybe you can tell me if it's related to pgsql db initialization.

Repro Steps
-----------
1. Click on a Coverage Percentage link for a test run
2. Click on a source code file link to view the line-by-line coverage
3. For the postgresql-backed cdash instance, observe that instead of the annotated source code, you see something like:

    Resource id #19

FWIW, I have a cdash instance pointed at a temporary MySQL server for comparison. I installed cdash using your latest install.php, add an identical project using the UI, and ran the same ``make Experimental`` from my build (just pointed at the new cdash instance), and I got the expected result - a source file with the coverage annotations on the left.

Thanks for any insight you may have on this one,
John

Hi John,

There was a bug in the install script for PostGreSQL. I have attached a new install.php file that you should replace and rerun the install script (drop the database before).

Let me know if that works,
Julien
