[Cdash] CVSTrac support and submission error

The build name was:
Linux-Make-g++-4.1.2-Co

I changed it to remove the ++ and it works now.   It might be nice to  
support these characters by default (I saw a previous post by Mathieu  
re. spaces in build names).

 >> ctest --version
ctest version 2.4-patch 7
