[CastXML] Release tarballs?

Hi,

I'm starting the Debian packaging of castxml, in anticipation of the ITK 4.8 
release.  I'm trying to decide how to version the packages.

Do you anticipate providing release tarballs or following the gccxml model of 
just building from git checkout?
