How to use it in VTK / ParaView

Download here a zip file with the original CSV and converted VTK file for time point 392

The video had 30 frames per second, so this is about second # 10.


  1. Open the VTK file with Paraview
  2. Pass it through a Glyph filter
    1. Set Glyphs to Sphere
    2. Set radius to 0.01
    3. Set Maximum number of points to 12000
