  • How should event handling be done by the client of the new view classes? Specifically, I would like to use the Qt signals/slot mechanism for updating the widget and indirectly, the view. However, Update() in igstkQtWidget is not an overloaded version of the QWidget::update() slot, nor is it a slot in it's own right. IMHO, it would be nice if the GUI specific widget classes made use of the eventhandling methods native to them. Tosa 03:38, 16 July 2007 (EDT)
