0008805: Add support to MetaIO file to know ITK's PixelType

Description

itkImageIOBase describes the following PixelTypes:
Scalar, Vector, Covariant Vector, Point, Offset, RGB, RGBA, Symmetricsecondranktensor, Diffusiontensor3d, complex, and unknown.

It would be a good feature if the metaio image files could store this information in the file. This would enable distinction between RGB and vectors, images for instance.

This request of pixel type could be implemented as a new field in the file or perhaps somehow utilize a meta dictionary?
