Summary | 0008075: show builds from multiple days on the same page
Description | Currently, CDash uses a 'per day' granularity. This might be fine for projects with daily builds and lots of builds per day, but it is not very useful for projects with sparse builds. Please check the 'Additional Information' for more.
Additional Information | Let's suppose a project has these builds submitted: Day1: Build1 Build2 Day3 Build1 Day10 Build1 The current system forces you to check every day between day 10 and day 1 for builds (especially if you don't remember when there were submissions). For this reduced number of builds, it would also be nice to have a more compact view, like the one bellow: Page1: Build1/Day10 Build1/Day3 Build2/Day1 <link to next 4 builds (page2)> Page2: Build1/Day1 <link to prev 4 builds (page1)> The number of builds/page could be defined along the other project options. Such a feature would probably be useful even when you have a lot of submissions per day and, in my opinion, is more natural than breaking the submissions into daily submissions.
