Summary0007872: Documentation missing "-H" and "-B" command line options
DescriptionI noticed the "-H" and "-B" command line options will browsing through the CMake source. There is currently no documentation for these options.

These really were intended for internal CMake use only.

Thanks for the note.

I do believe the options are also usefull for users.

For instance, without these options running CMake from within a script (like I do) requires changing the current working directory to indicate to build directory. This is not a major problem, but inidicating the build and source directory on the same line makes it cleaner.
