Summary

0000592: Data reader classes must be compiled on client in client/server.

Description

When operating in client/server mode, any data reader must be compiled on the client even though the data is only read on the server.

This requires us to make special builds of paraview that have all the readers we need to use on the server. These readers may depend on libraries that are difficult to port (such as the Exodus and Saf libraries we use at Sandia) and will ultimatly never really be used on the client.
