Try modifying these lines in Source/cmMakefile.cxx:

void cmMakefile::Initialize()
{
  this->cmDefineRegex.compile("#cmakedefine[ \t]+([A-Za-z_0-9]*)");
  this->cmDefine01Regex.compile("#cmakedefine01[ \t]+([A-Za-z_0-9]*)");
...


to fix the regex.
