Summary

0012937: Broken 'headerlogo' link if 'Home URL' is not set

Description

If the 'Home URL' for a CDash project is not set, the 'headerlogo' image link at the top-left corner of the project dashboard is set to "http://". [^]

Either disabling the link and showing a static image, or having the link redirect to the project's current CDash dashboard would solve the issue when 'Home URL' is not set.
