Summary

0010460: Subscription can be altered even if not admin

Description

Steps:
1/ Create an account,
2/ on http://my.cdash.org/user.php?note=subscribedtoproject, [^] click on
"Show public projects" and subscribe to one as a normal user and note
the projectid (eg: 118 for the kdepim project)

3/ now go to http://my.cdash.org/manageProjectRoles.php?projectid= [^] and
add the projectid you noted above.

You're then able to become a project administrator and alter the project
informations/permissions or even delete the entire project.
