Patrick,
We are very interested in supporting project that depend on ITK
to migrate to ITKv4.

We are setting up a migration support system that will
document API changes in ITKv4 and will provide assistance
to ITK-based applications on how to update their code
accordingly.

Our team at Sintef has upgraded to ITKv4, and made some changes to IGSTK in order to make it compile. Most of the necessary changes were trivial.

I have uploaded the changes in the file IGSTK-5-0.patch, in case you are interested. It is tested on Windows7, MacOSX 10.6, 10.7 and 10.8, Fedora 14 and Ubuntu 12.04. We use ITK v4.1.0.
