Summary | 0001454: Potential Memory Leak in the ShapeDetectionLevelSet Filter
Description | There is a potential memory leak in the ShapeDetectionLevelSet filter. When applying the filter to a 3D tiff stack for float images. With a input image with 3276800 pixels, and encoded in 4 bytes/ pixel the size will go to 12.5 MegaBytes. The filter reports a memory allocation error, even with memory available of 1 Gb. I used the java wrapped version of Itk in combination with ImageJ. Hope this can be solved.
